SPECIALIST DIPLOMA meaning:
I have a degree that is similar to a masters degree. For example entranceEntrance requirements for a PhD program in Russia for example is a diploma of specialist. It means my diploma is enough and I don’t need to get a masters degree first.

You can see that in 1995 my original diploma was printed in typography and a lot of entries are written by hand or printed using a typewriter. In those years printer was not in much use just because there were no printers in some universities.
I entered the University in 1990 just before the breakdown of the USSR.
And during my students years my country changed dramatically and the name of my university changed a bit. I entered Novosibirsk Agricultural Institute but graduated from Novosibirsk State Agricultural University.
That’s why it can be a bit confusing if would read my original diploma. The names are a bit different but the University was the same.

In 2006 I applied for the Archive reference of my diploma. To make a duplicate of a diploma it takes time (about 1 or two months) but I needed to confirm my degree urgently so I applied for the archive reference because it was enough for my degree confirmation.

My choice of the university was a very bad decision. In my city there’s a third best university of Russia Novosibirsk State University.
According to QS World University Rankings, Lomonosov Moscow State University is the top-ranked university in Russia. Other top-ranked universities in Russia include:
St. Petersburg State University: Ranked second in Russia in 2022
Novosibirsk State University: Ranked third in Russia in 2022
My university is not even represented in the QS rankings. Two of my classmates choose to study in NSU – one of them was my best friend and another one was a best friend of my best friend. But my choice was the worst you can imagine.
